The tile and grout cleaning process is as follows;

• Pre vacuum.
• Pre spray tiles with a special shampoo made just for tile and grout cleaning.
• With the use of a tile brush agitate shampoo into grout.
• Steam clean using pressure and heat.
• Clean edges.
• Mop up any remaining water.
• We offer in our service moving and replacing of furniture.

Our qualified staff pre spray the areas that are being cleaned with a shampoo that is made just for tile and grout cleaning, in a lot of eases we would have to agitate certain areas of the grout with brushes to get the best result. Cleaning now takes place with the use of our powerful truck mount or portable machines. These machine's work on a pressure of 1000psi and heat.

We use only specially formulated shampoo’s made for the job. We only use 1000psi machine’s to clean the grout. Any stronger pressure could damage the grout.
